Unfortunately, NO, you cannot forcefully evict your tenant after the expiration of the lease contract; if you will proceed with this action, it could subject you to civil and/or criminal liabilities depending on what actually happens.
In such a case, the proper remedy is proper negotiation and/or communication. If that fails, then a case for Unlawful Detainer is proper.
