DO WE REALLY NEED TO FILE A CASE IN COURT TO SOLVE A LEGAL PROBLEM?

In most cases, NO, you do not have to file a case to solve a legal problem.

The fastest way to solve a legal problem is proper communication and negotiation with your adverse party, may it be in the barangay or between the parties and/or their representatives directly.

Thus, the filing of a case in court is, in a sense, a "last resort" to solve the legal problem wen all prior communications and negotiations fail.
