Attorney's Fees for Litigation Service are as follows: 1. Civil or Criminal Litigation starts at P200,000, plus Success Fee, and/or a Contingency Fee depending on the type of the case. 2. Special Proceedings starts at P150,000 and a Success Fee. A Success Fee is the fee paid to attorney once a favorable decision is rendered in favor of the client; rate will depend on a fixed percentage or a fixed amount, whichever is higher, in relation to the claim awarded. A more detailed discussion regarding such fees will be discussed during the initial consultation and engagement contract proposal for your case. Further, the Appearance Fee; and Printing, Filing, Mailing and Other Out-of-Pocket Fees are not included in the amounts provided herein. Generally, Appearance Fee starts at P7,500 and Printing, Filing, Mailing and Other Out-of-Pocket Fees at P15,000.
